I've heard that the definition of insanity is 'doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result'. So what does it mean when someone has been practicing perfect since childhood and playing perfect since young adulthood hits perfect shots and the little ball goes in the hole. Then this same person resolves his family and public relations problems BUT the little ball won't go in the hole. It's the same person on the same courses who still practices and hits the same BUT the little ball won't go in the hole. Nothings changed with the person, practice, place or game BUT the little ball won't go in the hole. That defies human logic. It's not sanity. It's not insanity. It's something else. Who or What made the little ball go in the hole? As any recovering ex-baptist might say, 'Let's ask Metallica'. So we will.
Things not what they used to be
Missing one inside of me
Deathly lost, this can't be real
Can't stand this hell I feel
Emptiness is filling me
To the point of agony
Growing darkness taking dawn
I was me, but now he's gone
Metallica - Fade To Black
When someone is initiated as a child they are taken over. What was once them fades away. Their soul has been taken with their permission. The body is there but the person isn't. Gradually they lose all that was them. When they are gone they don't function like they used to. If there is anything left of Tiger Woods he needs to cash out now and leave the US. He is in danger of becoming worth more to his handlers dead than alive. If that happens he will be like another Michael Jackson or Marilyn Monroe. This is Satans deal. Our soul fades. If it happened all at once people would notice. They wouldn't want the 'cookie' for the soul. It's gradual like boiling a frog.
